The anteroom for screening of patients entering the hospital was constructed in April 2020 using the driveway space between the hospital main entrance lobby and the ER Annex, to regulate the build-up of traffic at the entry point of the hospital with the new processes and protocols in place at point of entry. The newly built screening area does not only provide order and comfort to our stakeholders, but it has also increased safety, security and control with stricter implementation of entry and exit guidelines. It is equipped with a portable air conditioner, HDF writing desks, and an adjacent waiting area for patients with symptoms. The facility is manned by trained nurses in their full protective suits from head to toe and assisted by security guards on duty.
