E-Konsulta is VRPMC’s telemedicine platform using doxy.me for online consultations that come with doctor’s prescriptions for necessary medicines and procedures. It has received over a hundred physicians enrolled and on deck from Monday to Saturday since its launch in April 2020, with average of 200 patients every month and over 90% patient satisfaction rate based on customer service surveys. E-Konsulta is facilitated and monitored daily by the Medical Concierge online, in cooperation with the Physicians medical secretaries. Telemed consultation with the on-decked Physician lasts for 20 to 30 minutes per patient.
