Another healthcare solution of VRP using online platforms to accommodate mostly senior citizens and immunocompromised patients who understandably could not go to the hospital during a pandemic for clinical assessment and continuous physical or occupational therapy. The Telerehab Patient Care ensures the delivery of a safe, personalized, and interactive patient care in the comfort of the patient’s home. A Telerehab session efficiently consumes 30 to 45 minutes of therapy with a licensed physical or occupational therapist on duty. About 12 patients and counting have enrolled for their therapy sessions using the online platform provided by the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center of VRPMC with excellent customer satisfaction rate from patients based on feedback.
