The COVID 19 pandemic marks an unprecedented crisis that has significantly brought both challenges and opportunities for innovation, which VRP Medical Center has readily embraced since the start of the outbreak in March 2020. As early as February of last year, VRPMC has instituted screening protocols and processes for infection control and prevention that require the strict wearing of masks, temperature check, and filling up of Health Declaration Forms for the patients entering the hospital and for doctors, employees, and visitors.
Patient and employee safety is the priority of Alagang VRP in the New Normal That Cares. This posturing became the resounding battle cry of VRMPC that echoes from point to point in the hospital operations from frontline to backend.
Today, VRPMC continues to upgrade what it has started with more COVID-related initiatives for safety, security, and control to ensure that VRPMC is a safe hospital for everyone in the new normal.
VRPMC has recently launched its patient portal app, Care Connect, where patients can easily access their diagnostic laboratory results, medical records, doctor’s appointment, and a lot more. To lessen the physical contact of our patients within the hospital, we have provided alternative options to pay the transactions through cashless payments. Patients can now pay their hospital dues through bank transfer to VRPMC’s BPI Account.
