VRP Medical Center, joins Mount Grace’s initiative in reaching out to the victims of the Taal volcanic eruption, together with the Mount Grace Hospitals, INc. network of hospital partners.
The MGHI calamity response team gathered its network in providing medical and emergency aids to the victims of Taal volcanic eruption, through its hospital partners in the South, Tagaytay Medical Center and Mary Mediatrix Medical Center.
VRPMC management and administration readily responded to give N95 masks, stretchers, nebulizers, and drinking water filter for the evacuation centers. A lot of VRP employees and physicians also responded to the call-to-action with their donations in kind. Boxes and bags of relief goods including food, clothing, blankets, drinking water, toys for children, etc. were brought to MGHI office for the evacuees in Batangas. As a small token for the donors, VRP gave a donation badge for their response.
