VRP Medical Center joined the Nationwide Mass CPR training conducted by VRP Consultants Dr. Raymund Paul Baello, Dr. Vinhcent Sandoval, and Residents Dr. Paul Daniel S. Coronado, Dr. Rhowell P.Lineses & Dr. Justin Cid Paul Y. Claudio.
About 120 participants attended the training composed of VRP employees, HMO health and wellness nurses and supervisors, barangay health workers, condominium security officers and staff, Human Resources staff from banks and BPO companies, and TODA officers and drivers who are mostly emergency first responders in their respective jobs.
This CPR training is organized by the Philippine Heart Association with a theme “Save a Life. Learn CPR.” This annual activity aims to equip participants with the basic knowledge and skills on cardiopulmonary resuscitation with hands-on skills demonstration. Over 100 public and private hospitals, schools, health centers and other government offices joined this nationwide CPR training with simultaneous demonstrations in July 17, 2019.
The CPR training for VRP employees and invited participants was led by Ms.Veronica Regina V. Garcia, VRPMC Administrator and Dr. Aileen R. Javier, VRPMC Medical Director, with the initiative of VRPMC Basic Life Support Management Chairman Dr. Raymund Paul Baello, in collaboration with the Hospital Administration Office, Medical Director’s Office, HRD, NSO, Medicine, Ancillary, Marketing and Business Development.
